Community Fitness Challenge

With the "Stay At Home, Stay Safe" executive order going on, Scott and Sara from Northwood Strengh & Conditioning have come up with a fitness challenge for the community.

All participants must post on twitter or instagram a check mark or picture showing they completed the workout with the hash tag #NorthwoodMuscle. At the end of each week the people that did every workout will be put in a drawing for a Northwood Muscle t-shirt. If you are physically unable to do one of the workouts, a 15-minute walk can be performed instead.

March 28 Push Up or Modified Push Up X 5
