Volleyball Picked To Finish Third In GLIAC North In Preseason Poll

MIDLAND, MICH. - The Northwood University volleyball team was picked to finish third in the Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (GLIAC) Preseason Coaches' Poll in the North Division, the league announced Tuesday (August 24).

Northwood finished with 34 points in the poll. Michigan Tech was the favorite in the North Division with 51 points, followed by Northern Michigan at 50. Grand Valley State is the favorite in the South Division with 44 points, with Ferris State standing second at 39 points.

The Timberwolves will open their season September 3 at the Cedarville Invitational.
