Tyler Jandron was the top performer on the Northwood University baseball teams that changed the course of the program. In two seasons on the mound for Northwood, Jandron posted a 21-4 record with a 2.41 ERA. He struck out 194 batters in just 172 innings. Jandron was the first pitcher in Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference history to earn Pitcher of the Year honors in two straight seasons. He was also named the Midwest Region Pitcher of the Year in each of his two seasons as a Timberwolf. Northwood took home the first two conference championships and earned its first two trips to the NCAA Tournament during his time in Midland.
