• Cross Country Hosts Northwood Invite

Northwood Cross Country Performances

2013: Ran 29:07.76 to place 24th in the 8k Ray Helsing Bulldog Invite (Sept. 7). Finished with a time of 27:53 in the 2013 Spartan Invitational (Sept. 13). Recorded a 30:39.09 at the 2013 Greater Louisville Cross Country Classic (Oct. 5) in Louisville, Ky. Clocked a 29:03.25 to finish 39^th in the 2013 Michigan Intercollegiate Championships at Hillsdale College on October 11. Placed 77^th at the GLIAC Cross Country Championships (Oct. 26) in Houghton, Mich. with a time of 28:02.3. Closed out the season in the NCAA Division II Midwest Regional Championships (Nov. 9), Dippel ran a 36:52 on the 10k course.

• Ran a season best of 4:38 in the indoor mile at the 2013 GVSU Mike Lints Alumni Open
• Ran a season best of 4:18 in the outdoor 1500 at the 2013 Raleigh Relays
