Men's Cross Country Picked To Finish Fifth in GLIAC Coaches Poll

MIDLAND, MICH. – The Northwood University men's cross country team was picked the finish fifth in the Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (GLIAC) Coaches Poll, the league announced Tuesday (September 16).

Northwood had 45 points in the poll. Grand Valley State was the favorite at 81 points with nine first place votes. Saginaw Valley was picked to finish second at 73, while Michigan Tech was fourth at 61.

The Timberwolves will continue its season Friday (September 17) at the MSU Spartan Invitational.
