Makenzie Todd Named To Preseason All-GLIAC Team

MIDLAND, MICH. – Makenzie Todd, a junior on the Northwood University women's basketball team, has been named to the Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (GLIAC) Women's All-Preseason Team.

The teams were voted on by the coaches from around the GLIAC.

Todd led the balanced Northwood offense in scoring last season, averaging 11.3 points per game. She set the NU school record for free throw percentage, having made 33 of 34 overall (97.1 percent). Todd scored in double figures 10 times, including a career-high 29 points in a win against Ashland. She is the current GLIAC South Division Player of the Week after averaging 19.5 points per game in leading the Timberwolves to a pair of wins last week.

Northwood travels to Indianapolis Thursday (November 18). Game time is set for 5:30 p.m.
