Makenzie Todd Named Second Team All-Great Midwest Athletic Conference

MIDLAND, MICH. – Junior guard Makenzie Todd from the Northwood University men's basketball team has been named Second Team All-Great Midwest Athletic Conference Thursday (February 3).

Todd led Northwood in scoring for the third straight season, averaging a career-best 15.1 points per game. She led Northwood in scoring in 14 games this season and had at least 17 points 12 times. Todd scored a season-high 28 points in Northwood's 80-72 win over Hillsdale January 28. This season, Todd reached the 1,000 point mark and became just the second player in school history to make 200 3-pointers in a career. Entering her final season at Northwood, Todd ranks 11th in school history with 1,269 points and second in program history with 224 3-point field goals.

Northwood finished the season with an 14-14 overall record, good for fifth place overall in the G-MAC.
