• Northwood started the game strong, using a 12-2 run to open up a 17-6 lead with three minutes to go in the first.
• The Timberwolves went on to lead 20-11 after one.
• Kentucky Wesleyan opened the second quarter by scoring seven straight point to cut the lead to 20-18.
• Northwood responded with seven of the next eight points to push the lead back to 27-19.
• Leading 29-23, Northwood scored the final five points of the half to lead 34-23 at the break.
• The Timberwolves started the second half with another run, going up 43-26 with 6:30 remaining in the third.
• KWC stayed in the game, cutting the lead back to eight (50-42) before Northwood held a 53-42 advantage heading to the final quarter.
• NU's lead stood at 60-45 when the Panthers fought back, scoring 13 of the next 17 points to get within six at 64-58.
