  • The Timberwolves went on to lead 20-11 after one.
  • Kentucky Wesleyan opened the second quarter by scoring seven straight point to cut the lead to 20-18.
  • Northwood responded with seven of the next eight points to push the lead back to 27-19.
  • Leading 29-23, Northwood scored the final five points of the half to lead 34-23 at the break.
  • The Timberwolves started the second half with another run, going up 43-26 with 6:30 remaining in the third.
  • KWC stayed in the game, cutting the lead back to eight (50-42) before Northwood held a 53-42 advantage heading to the final quarter.
