Sydni Harding Earns Bid To Compete As An Individual At NCAA East Regional Championship
MIDLAND, MICH. – Sydni Harding, a junior on the Northwood University women's golf team, has been selected to compete as an individual at the NCAA East Regional Championship.
Nine teams earned bids to the event along with the top four individuals from non-qualifying teams will compete at the event, which will take place at the Prairie View Golf Club in Carmel, Indiana May 3-5.
Harding, one of the top players in program history, just turned in her best season as a Timberwolf. Her scoring average this season is 75.9, which is the lowest in school history. She finished in the top third of all five of the events this season, including winning the NC4K Classic. For the season, Harding ended the year with an individual winning percentage of .877 (348-49).
