Women's Golf Places Fifth At G-MAC Championship

RECAP: Northwood women's golf placed fifth at the G-MAC Championship Thursday-Friday (April 24-25).

INSIDE THE EVENT

• Northwood shot scores of 314, 326 and 314 to finish at 954 overall.
• Findlay was the winner of the stroke play portion of the championship at 860 (284-285-291). They will take on Tiffin in the match play final tomorrow after the Dragons finish at 885 (302-291-292).
• A total of 10 teams took part in the event.

TOP NU PERFORMERS

• Addie Delcamp: 77-81-76=234 – tied for 14th place overall
• Emma Krynicki: 78-79-79=236 – tied for 16th
• A total of 49 players competed in the tournament.

UP NEXT

• Northwood will see if they have qualified for the NCAA East regional championship, which will take place May 5-7 at Grand Valley State. The top 18 teams will reach the event – Northwood was ranked 18th in the latest regional rankings. The field will be announced April 28.
