Bio
Phisonlaya Ruayruen joined the Northwood men's and women's golf programs as an assistant in the summer of 2025.
A native of Chiangmai, Thailand. Ruayruen came to Northwood after a successful collegiate career at Franklin Pierce University. She was a four-year member of the women’s golf team from 2021-2025. Ruayruen won four individual tournaments, recorded a career-low round of 68 at the Michael Corbett Fall Classic 2022, and helped the Ravens qualify for the NCAA Division II East Regional in all four years of her career.
During her time at Franklin Pierce, she earned several honors, including being named to the NE10 Academic All-Conference Team and earning NE10 All-Conference First Team for all four years. She was also a two-time recipient of the NE10 Elite 24 Award (2023-24 and 2024-25), recognized as a CSC Academic All-District Team member, and received the NE10 Academic Presidents' Award for Academic Excellence, graduating with a GPA of 3.95.
In 2024-25, Ruayruen won the individual title at the NE10 Conference Championship, helping Franklin Pierce secure its sixth conference championship. She also earned medalist honors at the Panther Battle at the Bay, finished inside the top five seven times, was named NE10 Golfer of the Week, and placed 26th at the NCAA Division II East Regional Championship
