• Calvin opened the game with the first two goals of the game.
• Northwood got on the board with a goal from Paige Schultz to cut the lead to 2-1.
• The Knights netted the final two goals of the first period to make the score 4-1 after one.
• After Calvin made it 5-1 early in the second, NU's Madalynn Nowak scored off an assist from Anna Young to get Northwood within three.
• The Knights finished the quarter by scoring the final four goals to take a 9-2 lead at the break.
