• Northwood got its offense going early in the opening inning of game one, starting with a Brendan Hammer RBI double.
• Josh Getz added a two-run RBI single to make the score 3-0.
• Evan Kavalick capped the first inning for Northwood by stealing home to give NU a 4-0 advantage.
• Caden Duryea made it 5-0 in the top of the third on a solo home run.
• Northwood scored two more runs in the inning on Lake Erie errors to push their lead to 7-0.
• Hammer brought home another run in the top of the fourth on an RBI single.
• Connor McCartan followed with an RBI single that made the score 9-0 heading to the fifth.
• Evan Larson got Northwood to double figures on a sacrifice fly in the top of the fifth.
